
The be well weight loss Program provides support, inspiration and education through one-on-one coaching, group classes, and physical movement.

One-on-One Coaching Sessions
Eight one-on-one coaching sessions are offered covering common weight loss obstacles and their solutions based upon the five Nashville Integrated Medicine Pillars of Wellness.
Sessions occur weekly and bi-weekly with NIM Weight Loss Counselor. Sessions include a weigh-in, emotional support, goal-setting, and education including a practical interactive workbook.

- Healthy Eating, Cooking & Meal Planning
- Mindful Eating and Portion Control
- How to Eat out Successfully
- Overcome Emotional Eating
- Deep Breathing & Meditation for Stress Reduction
- Complete Time Management System

- Emotional Healing through PEER (Primary Emotional Energy Recovery)
- Re-establish a Healthy Relationship with Food and Body Image
- Overcome Your Internal Obstacles

Group Community Classes
These Classes are held every other Wednesday evening at Nashville Integrated Medicine from 6:30-7:30pm. Please see the be well calendar for a schedule of upcoming classes. Core classes include:

- Weight Loss Hypnosis with Dr. Cathy Stallworth
- Time-management with Carolyn Kutsko, Life Coach and PEER practitioner
